It is important that you have a satisfied customer experience with Zaanta. If you are not happy with your purchase please contact Customer Service by emailing sleep@zaanta.com.au to enquire whether your mattress is covered by Zaanta’s Sleep Eazy policy.

 

SLEEP EAZY POLICY

1. The Sleep Eazy policy is provided by Synalinx Pty Ltd (ABN 81 112 879 795) and does not in any way supersede, limit or alter the Warranty Terms of Synalinx

2. Synalinx may from time to time and for limited periods only, exchange Zaanta mattresses under its Sleep Eazy policy. The policy does not include topper pads, pillows,comfort layers or any other Zaanta products. 

3. All exchanges and cancellations are subject to Synalinx approval.

4. You may exchange your Zaanta mattress once within 10 days of your original purchase being delivered to you, provided: 

4.1 The mattress is in a hygienic condition and has not been removed from its original primary sleeve packing,

4.2 10 days have not elapsed from the date of delivery of your original purchase,

4.3 A handling fee of $150 is paid,

4.4 The mattress is shipped back in the original double wrapped packaging to the Returns & Exchange point,

4.5 The delivery is taken or a prepaid pickup is arranged for the exchanged product from the Returns and Exchange point,

4.6 No cash refund is involved,

4.7 If the replacement mattress is more expensive, you will be required to pay the balance of the difference between the two products. If your new mattress choice is less in value, we will credit the difference for you to buy other great Zaanta products. These credits are not redeemable for cash. 

Contact Synalinx to locate your nearest Returns & Exchange point. Take your Zaanta mattress with your original purchase receipt to the Returns & Exchange point, pay the handling fee and excess, if any, in the price of the exchanged product and take delivery of your exchanged product.

You also have the option of exchanging your mattress using our Delivery Service. There will be a charge for the collection and redelivery of the new mattress.

WARRANTY

We offer you peace of mind when you invest in a Zaanta mattress. The Zaanta range of latex mattresses have a Standard Warranty, which is provided by Synalinx Pty Ltd (ABN 81 112 879 795).

1.1. The benefits given to you in Zaanta’s Standard Warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies you have under a law in relation to the mattresses to which Zaanta’s Standard Warranty relates. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure of the mattress. You are also entitled to have the mattresses repaired or replaced if the mattresses fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
 
1.2. Subject to section 1.1 and the terms below, as your Standard Warranty Synalinx agrees to repair or replace at Synalinx’s cost the Zaanta mattress, purchased by you in Australia, New Zealand or Singapore from a Zaanta Store or Authorised Dealer when the mattress does not perform in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications during the Warranty Term specified for the mattress in the warranty table below, commencing from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in the design, construction and material of the mattress slab. Mattress covers are designed for added comfort and protection of the mattress slab. The Warranty Term for the mattress covers are specified separately in the warranty table below. This warranty covers manufacturing defects of the mattress covers with the seams, i.e., the stitching comes undone.
 
1.3. All warranties on the mattresses are limited to the original purchaser only and benefits under the warranty will be pro-rated for the unexpired term of the warranty. 
 
1.4. To make a claim under the Standard Warranty you will need to:
1.4.1 Register the mattress within 3 weeks of the day of receiving the delivery
1.4.2 Produce the original purchase invoice with the warranty claim.
 
Mattress registration is done by mailing the warranty card / copy of the delivery docket after entering on it the day of receiving the delivery to the authorised office below:

1.5. To be eligible for claiming under warranty, the mattress must be free from soiling, stains and tears. 
 
1.6. Making a Warranty Claim:
1.6.1 To obtain Warranty Service during the warranty period, contact sleep@zaanta.com.au requesting a Customer Warranty Claim Form. Complete the Customer Warranty Claim Form, attach a photo sample illustrating the defect and send it along with the proof of purchase to the place of original purchase. Do not return the mattress unless an approval for product return is issued under the Warranty Service.
2.1 To the full extent permitted by law, but subject always to 1.1, the Standard Warranty will not apply:
2.1.1 If the mattress has not been unpacked, laid, positioned, maintained or used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions or specifications provided with the product. 
2.1.2 If the factory-applied label has been altered or removed from the mattress. 
2.1.3 To damage or failure resulting from alterations, accident, misuse, abuse, fire, liquid spillage, mis-positioning, use on an inappropriate base, acts of God, tampering or unauthorised repairs by any persons, use of defective or incompatible accessories, inappropriate storage, washing, sun drying or entry by any insect, vermin or foreign object in the mattress.
2.1.4 To damage arising during transportation, laying, positioning, repositioning or while moving the mattress, 
2.1.5 To any transportation costs of the mattress to and from the owner, unless otherwise specified in these warranty terms.
2.1.6 To repairing or replacement of any mattress whilst it is outside Australia and Singapore.
 
2.2 100% natural latex slab used in the Zaanta mattress is highly flexible. The slab may shift inside the cover while the mattress is being moved. This is not a defect of the mattress, but a property of it. When Zaanta mattresses are first laid or repositioned, the user must align the edges and corners of the slab with those of the cover so that the cover evenly holds the slabs everywhere including corners.
 
2.3. The warranty does not cover general wear and tear or deterioration in comfort over the years.
 
2.4. The Comfort of the mattress is not warranted. This is because comfort levels vary from person to person and the type of support required changes as the body changes. 
 
2.5. In keeping with the health laws, manufacturer will not inspect a soiled mattress. Therefore mattresses that are soiled void the warranty.
 
2.6. Body impressions are the normal compression of the mattress layers as it adjusts to the body over time. Body impressions are not considered a warranty issue unless the indentation exceeds 1.5 inches (3.8cm) at the deepest point. The warranty is only valid if the mattress is used within an appropriate bed frame and has a central support slat.
 
2.7 The mattress covers do not have warranties against tears, splits, burns and holes.
 
2.8. Zaanta topper pads, pillows and fitted sheets do not carry a warranty.
