It is important that you have a satisfied customer experience with Zaanta. If you are not happy with your purchase please contact Customer Service by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org to enquire whether your mattress is covered by Zaanta's Sleep Eazy policy.
Terms and Conditions of Sleep Eazy Policy
1.The Sleep Eazy policy is provided by Synalinx Pty Ltd (ABN 81 112 879 795) and does not in any way supersede, limit or alter the Warranty Terms of Synalinx
2.Synalinx may from time to time and for limited periods only, exchange Zaanta mattresses under its Sleep Eazy policy. The policy does not include topper pads, pillows,comfort layers or any other Zaanta products.
3.All exchanges and cancellations are subject to Synalinx approval.
4.You may exchange your Zaanta mattress once within 10 days of your original purchase being delivered to you, provided:
Sleep Eazy Procedure
Contact Synalinx to locate your nearest Returns & Exchange point. Take your Zaanta mattress with your original purchase receipt to the Returns & Exchange point, pay the handling fee and excess, if any, in the price of the exchanged product and take delivery of your exchanged product.
You also have the option of exchanging your mattress using our Delivery Service. There will be a charge for the collection and redelivery of the new mattress.
